Crossin Dixon Make Their Stoney Creek Records Radio Debut
With “Lovin’ In The Country”
“Lovin’ In The Country” Available At All Digital Retail Outlets
Nashville, TN (September 7, 2010)— Crossin Dixon’s new single “Lovin’ In The Country” is the band’s debut release from Stoney Creek Records. The pounding new single is proof they are a band that can communicate real, raw emotion while still rocking a party like nobody’s business.
Available at all digital retailers, “Lovin’ in the Country” celebrates living the good life in the backwoods, a subject the group knows very well. “It’s a song that when you hear it on the radio you’ll crank it up loud and say, ‘Wow, that’s a band,’” says Miller. “That song tells our story right there.”
After taking time to re-group and write some new songs, a more seasoned Crossin Dixon, made up of singer Jason Miller, guitarist/vocalist Brandon Hyde and Charlie Grantham, returned to the studio with producer Garrett Parris. Armed with a set of outstanding new songs and a never-ending mission to convert new fans, Crossin Dixon is eager to take its music as far as it can go.
“Everything happened so fast when we got the record deal that we didn’t really have time to tell people who we were and what we were about,” explains Miller. “Between then and now we’ve had time to write songs and figure out who Crossin Dixon is.”
Crossin Dixon first hit the stage together in 2004, and more fans are being won over by the band’s edgy brand of rockin’ country every day. With a touring schedule that regularly includes more than 100 shows a year and that has found the group sharing the stage with everyone from Dierks Bentley and Jason Aldean to Merle Haggard and Bad Company, Crossin Dixon has earned its stripes through talent, determination and a relentless work ethic.
