“I Got You”- Shipped To Country Radio, Going for Adds May 9

Nashville, TN (April 26, 2011)– RuckusFilm once again teams up with Stoney Creek Records to produce the music video for Thompson Square’s new single “I Got You.” The video made its world premiere last weekend as part of the CMT Big New Music Weekend. “When Keifer was writing the song, ‘I Got You,’ it reminded us of the Sonny & Cher’s ‘I Got You Babe,’ says Shawna Thompson. “We thought that if we ever got the chance to do a video on this song, it would be cool to do a sort of spoof on the whole variety-show thing.”

Keifer Thompson recalls, “We brought our video concept to Wes Edwards and he made sense of it all, plus he enhanced the idea a little further. I hope everyone will like it as much as we do!”

“I Got You” was written by Keifer Thompson, Shawna Thompson, Jason Sellers and Paul Jenkins. The song and album were produced by NV. The new single has already shipped to radio and will go for adds on May 9th.
